In the summer of 2011, the JCC Maccabi Games® and JCC Maccabi ArtsFest® will take place in Israel for the first time. If that isn’t exciting enough, we are adding travel throughout Israel and a weekend Shabbat experience in an Israeli home. Israel will host delegations from all over North America and the world. In addition, there will be a continental delegation for those teens who do not have a participating JCC nearby. (Further information about the continental delegation will be available very soon).
Jewish teens between the ages of 14-17 years old by July 31, 2011 are eligible to compete and be a part of JCC Maccabi Games 2011 in Israel
Sports being offered include
- Boys and Girls Basketball (15U and 17U)
- Boys and Girls Soccer 7 v. 7 (15U and 17U)
- Bowling
- Table Tennis
- Tennis
- Girls Volleyball (17U)
- Swimming
Delegations will be allowed to come with multiple teams of the same sport upon approval by JCC Association.
